Most operations already generate everything the dashboard needs — it is just scattered across a chat group, a weighbridge PC, a scanner log and a plant historian, in four different formats. We read all of them, continuously, and reconcile them against each other.

Existing WhatsApp groups

The platform reads the operational groups the site already runs on — the morning loading briefing, stockpile balances, shift reports and incident messages.
Messages, voice notes and photographs are classified automatically and matched to the right site, pile, shift and load.
Supervisors change nothing. No app to install, no form to complete, no new reporting discipline to enforce — they keep messaging exactly as they do today.

Weighbridge databases

Direct read-only connection to the weighbridge system — whether it runs on a local SQL server in the weighbridge office or in the cloud.
Intake tonnage, product dispatched and inbound product by origin, live as each ticket is written.
Truck-level records retained with their timestamps for reconciliation and dispute resolution.

Cloud or on-premise — both

Some sites keep the weighbridge database on a PC in the gatehouse; others run everything in the cloud. The dashboard connects to either, and to a mix of the two across sites, without moving anything.

Read-only by design

The dashboard consumes data. It does not write back into the weighbridge, the scanner or the PLC, so there is no operational risk to the systems it reads.

No change to site workflows

No new app for supervisors, no data-capture clerk, no duplicate reporting. The systems and habits already in place stay exactly as they are.

Legacy systems welcome

Old SQL databases, flat-file exports, serial scale outputs and ageing PLCs are all normal inputs. Nothing has to be replaced first.

Any device, no VPN

Any authorised user — on site, in a head office or on a phone — opens a browser and sees the current picture. No specialist software to install.
